What makes your fabrics so soft?

Our collection is primarily crafted from TENCEL™ Modal, a fiber derived from sustainable beechwood trees. It is twice as soft as cotton and far more breathable, ensuring ultimate comfort against your skin.

How should I care for my Stripe & Stare items?

To maintain the longevity and softness of your garments, we recommend a cool machine wash at 30°C. Avoid tumble drying and lay flat to dry to preserve the natural fibers.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, knickers cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes, sustainability is at our core. Our TENCEL™ fibers are biodegradable and compostable. We use a closed-loop production process that recycles water and solvents, and our packaging is 100% recyclable.

How do I find my perfect size?
